Folios 103-104: Archibald Collingwood Dickson, HMS Veteran, Yarmouth. Reply to letter dated 19 September 1799 in which Mr Spain, Boatswain of HMS Standard is appointed to HMS Veteran, as he has never made his appearance and the present Boatswain being in a bad state of health. I request my former request to appoint Mr Phoebus Maunder, Boatswain of HMS Cerberus to HMS Veteran.
