Folio 68: [The Hon.] Michael de Courcy, HMS Canada, Cawsand Bay. Is in belief that he is performing his duty by giving testimony to the good conduct of the Warrant Officers of HMS Magnanime. Has every reason to applaud the sobriety, diligence and correctness of John Hall - Boatswain, James White - Gunner and John Lowden - Carpenter. And that Mr James White - Gunner, is highly deserving of every encouragement and promotion.
