Encloses the original sentence and the minutes of the Court Martial [not present] of an Order from Rear Admiral Griffith on John Fogarty, Seaman on HMS Maidstone on a charge of murder. The prisoner has been sent to England following a verbal message received form the Commander-in Chief via Captain William Skipsey.
