Folios 470-471: John Eveleigh, HMS Jasper, Spithead. Encloses letter from Lt. Jones of HMS Jasper applying for a remuneration for his expenses at Oporto. He was sent on shore on 10 March for the purpose of getting the convoy to sea. He was left there until 8 April, as the Jasper was forced off the cost by a gale and continuance of bad weather until 5 April.
Folios 472-473: enclosure with folios 470-471. Lieutenant Jones, HMS Jasper, Spithead, 30 April 1812. Request for remuneration.
