Folios 445-446: George Eyre, Plymouth. Encloses receipt from Commissioner Fanshawe for book of Admiralty Statutes No. 157. The volume was put on board the Magnificent for the Captain of the Ajax, but as he had already received one, it remained in his care.
Folio 447: enclosure with folios 445-447. Note from Commissioner Fanshaw, Plymouth Dork Yard dated 21 March 1812. Received from Captain George Eyre, late of HMS Magnificent book of Admiralty Statutes No. 157.
Folios 448-459: enclosure with folios 445-446. Printed letter from John Barrow, Admiralty Office dated 19 January 1811 to Robert Otway forwarding a copy of the Statutes relating to Naval Affairs No. 157 and setting out his responsibilities for the save keeping of that edition of the Statutes.
