Folios 438-439: Thomas Eyles, No. 41 Norfolk Street, Strand. Has been informed by Mr Yorke that the Board of the Admiralty has agreed to his being allowed the one years full pay. Requests necessary directions be given to the Navy Board for it to be paid. Hopes the Board will not object to the Surgical expenses also being paid.
