Folios 423-424: John Evans, HMS Martin, off Hastings. Was put in command on HMS Martin on 26 March 1807 and at first opportunity proceeded to Bermuda where she was then building. Requests an Order to the Navy Board to pay compensation for servants formerly allowed from the date of commission to the time the Martin was put into sea victualling.
