Description

Folios 199-200: Robert England, HM A. T. Humber, Falmouth Harbour. States that Richard Tremean, alias Pellow, on 14 September 1810 was apprehended as a deserter from HM Cutter Albion. He has been sent on HMS Experiment until it is ascertained whether or not his desertion took place prior or subsequent to the general pardon granted in consequence of the jubilee.
