Description

Folios 135-136: William Elliott, HMS Hazard, Plymouth Sound. States that he has all the Private Signals between the French, Russians and Dutch. Took them from onboard the French National Schooner, Le Mouche, which he captured at Ance le Basque on 1 February. Sir Alexander Cochrane's letter with regard to the signals was forwarded to the Admiralty by Captain Stanfell. Will await hearing as to whether he is to deliver the letters to the Admiralty or forward them by some other means.
