Folios 564-565: William Essington, Sea Fencibles, Dover. The Masters of the cutters are willing to take on board the cannonades if they are given the Admiralty certificate. He suggests that medical facilities should be provided for the fleet of small boats.
Folio 566: enclosed with folios 564-565. A certificate for use by the Sea Fencibles.
