Folios 266-267: William Edge, Sea Fencibles, Aldborough. Lieutenant Fernando has been appointed to a Navy brig and he asks that Lieutenant Samuel Jefferson is appointed as a replacement. Captain Walsh, Southwold, has informed him that men on coastal voyages from Southwold to to the River Thames may join the Sea Fencibles and will have protections.
