Description

Folios 239-240: William Essington, HMS Sans Pareil, Cawsand Bay. He reports his arrival and encloses copies of his orders and his journals.

Folios 241-242: enclosed with folios 239-240. William Essington, Alexander Forbes, Carpenter, HMS Sans Pareil. Two copies of the report on the defects of the ship.

Folios243-244: enclosed with folios 239-240. Orders dated 25 July 1802 by Sir John Thomas Duckworth, Rear Admiral of the Red, Commander in Chief, Jamaica and the Bahamas. Orders given to William Essington, HMS Sans Pareil.
