Folios 60-61: Robert Elliot, HMS Good Design, Plymouth. He reports his arrival from Spithead. He was carrying 300 soldiers for Jersey, but strong winds forced him into Plymouth. Lieutenant William Croad was arrested in Portsmouth for debt. He asks that a replacement is appointed.
