Folios 238-239: William Edge, Ipswich. Reports that one of the Sea Fencibles in the district, assisted by two constables and under Captain Killwick's directions, captured John Lockard, a seaman and deserter from HMS Eurus, and delivered him to HMS Glatton in Yarmouth Roads. Requests the usual allowance for the Sea Fencible and constables; the receipt from the Commanding Officer of HMS Glatton is in the possession of the Navy Board.
