Folios 230-231: William Edge, Ipswich. Captain Killwick has reported that two men were pressed from their protection by boats belonging to HMS Lynx: Ballentine Brown of Southwold and John Roberts of Lowestoft. Requests their discharge. Also reports that he has confined the time for the men who go out in the coasting trade under Sea Fencibles protections 'not to be out of their respective vessels on shore without on their duty after the hour of nine o'clock in the evening, after which time their protections will not prevent their being impressed'. He hopes this meets with approval.
