Folio 570: Summons dated 28 November in the 39th Regnal Year [1798] of King George III to Thomas Manby and William Essington who are commanded to appear in Court at the Guildhall in London on 26 January 1799 to testify before Lloyd Lord Kenyon, Chief Justice, in the case between James Crawford, John Brickwood, Allen Chatfield, John Bowles and Alexander Baxter, plaintiffs and Miles Peter Andrews, defendant, in a plea of trespass.
