Folios 567-568: William Essington, HMS Triumph, Torbay. The 10 named men are represented by the Surgeon to be fit objects for survey and having been declined by the Commander-in Chief Lord Bradford, asks they be ordered round to some other port, also pleads that his ship is short of 36 seamen and 5 Marines and asks to be resupplied.
