Folios 556-557: William Essington, HMS Triumph, Portsmouth. Concerning Joseph B Hicks and Richard Dawson who were on board a Spanish Brig taken by a squadron under the command of Lord Hugh Seymour last May which was then taken to France and did not return to HMS Triumph, asks they be discharged from the ship's books.
