Folios 535-536: Charles Elphinstone Fleeming, HMS Diomede, Sheerness. Encloses a letter from the Neutral ship Fortuna which he sent into Yarmouth on the orders of Lord Adam Duncan and was detained there on the orders of the Admiralty.
Folios 537-538: enclosure in 535-536. Letter dated 27 October 1798 to Charles Elphinstone Fleeming, HMS Diomede from Runquist and Cowie, Agents to the Neutral Master giving an account of the demurrage on the Swedish Vessel Fortuna detained at Yarmouth and seeking compensation of that amount together with other charges.
