Folios 578-589: William Hugh Dobbie, HMS Ethalion, Spithead. Receipt of order dated 12 March 1815 from Vice Admiral Sir Robert Sawyer, Commander in Chief of the irish station, to discharge Robert Moutray, Carpenter's Crew, so long as he has not been 3 years at sea. He has been many years more than that at sea, and has submitted a plan to improve the pipes admitting water into the ships' cisterns. which he had forwarded by Lieutenant G W Trefusis for their Lorndships' consideration. He has therefore retained Robert Moutray on board till he receives further orders.
