Folios 207-208: Thomas Barker Devon, HMS Brevdrageren, Deptford. He does not remember giving Lieutenant Crawford an order to take Captain Hunning to Heligoland but he is sending a copy of the order asking him to take Mr Tuter there from Admiral Freemantle. Many Army Officers were arriving on the Weser saying they had important dispatches and it would have been improper to refuse them. HMS Wrangler was sent with Mr Tuter on orders from Captain Farquhart of HMS Desire.
Folio 209: enclosure with folios 207-208: Order dated 27 November 1813 by Thomas Barker Devon, HMS Brevdrageren, Bremerslake. Take Mr Tuter with dispatches to Heligoland and give William Partridges' men a passage. Wait at the Ems for HMS Brevdrageren.
