Folios 285-286: Hugh Downman, Princess Carolina, Great Nore. Enclosing a list of boys employed as directed by the late supplementary instructions and a list of officers .
Folio 287: enclosure with folios 285-286. A list of boys under the artificers on board HMS Pricess Carolina. Thomas Wilson. sailmaker under instruction of John Rogers.
Folio 288: enclosure with folios 285-286. A list of all the commission and warrant officers serving on HMS Princess Carolina. These are Hugh Downman, Captain; Lieutenants John Rickards, Robert Dwyer, James [Phepley?] and John Coleman; J Bates, Purser; Charles Chambers, Surgeon; N J Hamlyn, Purser; James Ogilvy, Gunner; George [Watson?], Carpenter; and James Adams, Boatswain.
