Folios 272-273: Unsigned letter. In the case of Captain late Lieutenant William Cunningham Cavendish Dalyell. In a private note from the Transport Board it stated that there was not precedence of an allowance be given for expenses incurred for medical assistance whilst a prisoner in France. He refers to the report of the Transport Board 2 January 1813 on the case of Lieutenant Taylor.
