Folios 263-264: Man Dobson, Captain Regulating, Bristol. Having being ordered to remove HMS Enchantress from the Avon into Kings Head, Bristol, he ordered Lieutenant Joshua Latimer Rowe to procceed to that anchorage. Enclosing a letter with an an extract from its log of 2 June 1809 from him. As in his letter of 16 April 1813, Dobson suggests that the Enchatress should be outside the Avon as the best method to raise men as vessels arrive in the summer months. He also reports that Rowe did not have the diligence of boarding the ships himself like Lieutenants Turner and Campbell. Between September - December 1813, only 4 disposable men were impressed.

Folio 266: enclosure with folios 263-264. Letter dated 29 March 1814 by Joshua Latimer Rowe, HMS Enchantress, Broad Pill to Captain Man Dobson. Replying to note directing him to move HMS Enchantress into King road, he points out the additional expense and bad effects of dioing so.
