Folios 253-254: Man Dobson, Captain Regulating, Bristol. Stating that no account of the alteration of the ratings by the survey at Plymouth has been received in Bristol of the new raised men sent round by the Ann tender from hence 15 November 1813, by the Barbara schooner 8 January 1814 nor of those by the Basilisk 24 February 1814 and as the rewards cannot be paid until the accounts are received and requests that the Admiralty agrees.
