Folios 184-185: Man Dobson, Regulating Officer, Bristol. States that James Dibbins was a Registered Pill Waterman and impressed at the beginning of August. His attendance on the Holms Light must be a pretence as the 180 remaining Pill Waterman are now in full exercise of their employment.
Folios 186-187: enclosure with folios 184-185. Letter dated 15 September 1813 by W Dickins, Kingweston near Somerton to the Admiralty. Covering letter for the inclosed letter from the keeper of the Light on Holm.
Folio 188: enclosure with folios 184-185. Letter dated 10 September 1813 by Henry Jones, Flat Holms to the Admiralty. Request the release of James Dibbins now on HMS Ann, Tender, Lieutenant Turner Commanding.
