Folios 139-140: enclosure with folios 137-138. Letter dated 8 September 1813 by Thomas Payne at Vaughan & Longmoses, Bristol, to the Admiralty. States that his brother William Payne aged 19 serving as an Ordinary Seaman on board the ship Aeolos under his Command has been impressed and put on HMS Enchantress. Request he be discharged.
