Folios 134-135: Richard Plummer Davies, HMS Garland, Portsmouth. The Officers of Portsmouth Dock Yard, in rebuilding the Quarterdeck of HMS Garland have cut an additional port in each side. Requests two additional 18 pounder carronades for these.
Folio 136: enclosure with folios 134-135. [Proforma] Document to be sent to the Paper Office when any Paper is sent away in original.
