Folios 124-125: Richard Plummer Davies, HMS Garland, Portsmouth. Reply to letter dated 20 August 1813 with it's several enclosures respecting the proceedings against Mr James Bogg, Master of the Merchant Ship Monarch of Glasgow, for disobedience of signals and deserting the Convoy under the protection of HMS Garland on or about 28 June 1813. [Total of three sides with details of the desertion etc].
