Folios 511-512: Hugh Downman, HMS Princes Carolina, Wingo Sound [Gothenburg]. Encloses report on Edward Weatherstone, Midshipman late of HMS Princes Carolina who was deemed unserviceable and discharged from service.
Folio 513: enclosure with folios 511-512. Strict examination ordered by Captain Downman of Edward Weatherstone attended by their Surgeons. Recently had two violent apoplectic fits, the later nearly fatal, say this may reoccur. Signed Captains, George Anson Byron, HMS Woodlark, David Latimer St Clair, HMS Reynard [Renard] and William Hill, HMS Rolla, 8 May 1813.
