Folios 251-252: Man Dobson, Bristol Regulating Officer. Encloses indenture and baptism certificate for Henry Graves, apprentice to Sydenham Feast, Shipbuilder of Bristol. Appears man was twenty two years old when bound as an apprentice and had occasionally been at sea previously. Seeks directions. Says he’s visited the various yards and found they do not have protections for their employees. Asks to make a list that he will forward.
