Folios 196-197: Edward O’Brien Drury, HMS Beaver, Grimsby. Convoy report. Sailed 20 April. Fleet totally dispersed by a gale 27 April. Lists ships; James and George, Carthorse, Denton, Jane, Bonacord, Windham, Jeanette, Favorite which he collected 28 April and brought to Grimsby. Supposes remaining ships have continued to Leith as they were at latitude 50-55°. He couldn’t send a boat ashore till today as the gales were so severe.
Folio 198: enclosed in folios 196-197. Admiralty Note. Arrived on the 1st May. Catherine, Robert and Margaret and Providence 2.
