Folios 363-364: William Charleton, Regulating Captain, North Shields. Reply to orders dated 3 July 1810. Sends information in the case of Andrew Olson, Able Seaman sent to the Nore by HMS Lyra Tender on 29 June 1810 and enclose [not included] a certificate taken from him when impressed. Andrew Olson was impressed by Lieutenant [James] Dathan on shore at South Shields on 19 June 1810 and detained for the service under the impression of being an English Seaman who had fraudulently obtained the inclosed [not included] certificate of being a Swedish Subject. He is aged 30.
