Folios 42-43: Thomas Bladen Capel, Regulating Captain, Liverpool. Reply to letter dated 1 June 1810. States Richard Parry was impressed by Lieutenant Evans on 25 May 1810 as an Ordinary Seaman aged 18, born in Liverpool. He said he was an apprentice but had no indentures. Henry Falcon was impressed by Lieutenant Evans on 14 April 1810 as an Able Seaman aged 22, born in Worhington [Worthington]. He was taken ashore. He was impressed by Lieutenant James Rees on 10 May 1809 he was Mate on the Bacchus but was liberated by Captain Joshua Sydney Horton after the Captain of the Bacchus, Mr Groghan Brother and his Brother also a Broker in this Town who jointly signed an obligation to find two Substitutes which they have not done.
Folios 44-45: enclosure with folios 42-43. Letters dated 30 May 1810 by Rowland Parry, 63 Castle Street, Liverpool, to the Admiralty. About Richard Parry, requesting his discharge.
Folios 46-47: enclosure with folios 42-43. Letter dated 31 May 1810 by [?] Smyth, Stonehouse, Plymouth, to the Admiralty. Request the discharge of Henry Falcon.
