Folios 30-31: John Coode, HMS Brisk, Cork Harbour. Reply to letter dated 27 February 1810 as to what has become of the former Gunner on HMS Brisk in the vacancy which Mr John Victor is now acting. States that Mr Sheppard the former Gunner was appointed Acting Gunner of HMS Quebec by Admiral Whilshed in April 1809 since which time John Victor has been Acting Gunner by the Admirals Order. Request the appointment be confirmed.
