He reports on the cases of the following men who have been impressed: Benjamin Harris, Isaac Betsey, David Higgins, Thomas Hopkins, Henry Hinson, Henry Howes, Philip Spink, Richard Libbee, Peter Campbell, William Morris and Richard Connor.
Folio 212: enclosed with folios 210-211. Robert Purviance, Collector, Baltimore. A certificate stating that Benjamin Harris is a citizen of the U.S.A.
Folio 213: enclosed with folios 210211. John Brice, Collector, Baltimore, cerifies that Isaac Betsey is a citizen of the U.S.A.
Folio 214: enclosed with folios 210-211. Robert Purviance, Collector, Baltimore. He certifies that Daniel Higgins is a citizen of the U.S.A.
