Folios 179-180: Benjamin Carter, Regulating Officer, Liverpool. He gives details concerning Anthony Garnett and John Williams who have been impressed. He has no knowledge of David Lloyd.
Folios 181-182: enclosed with folios 179-180. Letter dated 27 March 1810 by James Cannon, Owner of the Henry. He asks for the discharge of Anthony Garnett who he says is the Mate of the Henry.
Folios 183-184: enclosed with folios 179-180. Letter dated 27 March 1810 by William Crosbie, J. P. James Cannon has appeared before him and sworn an account of the impressment of Anthony Garnett, Mate of the Henry.
Folios 185-186: enclosed with folios 179-180. Letter dated 27 March 1810 by John Williams, HMS Princess, Liverpool. He says that he is the Mate of the Fortune. He has 5 small children and asks to be allowed to provide a substitute for himself.
