Folios 96-97: Benjamin Carter, Regulating Officer, Liverpool. James Griggs was impressed by Lieutenant Baly from the Collingwood belonging to Richard Delgard and Sons, Poole. William Crisp was impressed by Lieutenant Rees, but claims that he is the Mate of the Two Brothers. Thomas Hackett was impressed by Lieutenant Clarke and claims to be the Mate of the Mary of Drogeda.
Folios 98-100: enclosed with folios 96-97. Letter dated 16 March 1810 by Matthew Lucas, Commander, the Sunderland Sea Fencibles, Tower Hill. He says that James Briggs was a Volunteer and asks that he is discharged.
Folios 101-102: enclosed with folios 96-97. Letter dated 19 March 1810 by Mrs Crisp, Goal Street, Yarmouth. She asks for the discharge of her husband William Crisp as he is her only means of support.
Folios 103-104: enclosed with folios 96-97. Letter dated 18 March 1810 by Mrs Hackett. She asks for the discharge of her son, Thomas Hackett.
