Description

Folios 76-77: Benjamin Carter, Regulating Officer, Liverpool. He reports on the cases of Thomas Owens, John Francis and John Banks who have been impressed.

Folios 78-79: enclosed with folios 76-77. John Francis claims to be an American citizen and asks for his discharge. He says that any response should be sent to Mary Sturtons, 40 Stanley Street.

Folios 80-81: enclosed with folios 76-77. Letter dated 15 March 1810 by Sarah Owens, Queen Street, Liverpool. She asks for the discharge of her son Thomas and offers to provide 1 Landsman in his place.

Folios 82-84: enclosed with folios 76-77. Letter dated 15 March 1810 by Sarah Booth, Blundle Street. She asks for the discharge of her son Thomas Booth and offers to provide a substitute.
