Folios 544-545: John Clements, Regulating Captain, Dartmouth. Reports receipt of a letter from Captain Farmery Predam Epworth, Sea Fencibles, stating the L'Adele French Cartel from Morlaix arrived yesterday at Salcombe with dispatches for the Transport Board, which were given to the officer of the Customs at Salcombe. It sailed from Morlaix on the 26 February 1810.
