Folios 542-543. Edward Codrington, HMS Blake. Requests that the Admiralty orders the discharge of Johan B Roullion, Private Marine, from the ship's books and that he be sent to prison. He said he was Portuguese but has since admitted that he is a Frenchman born in Marseilles, that he was taken in a French Privateer and sent to prison, where he entered to serve his Majesty in the Royal Marines. States he is a mutinous character and is unfit to be in service.
