Folios 518-519: Benjamin Carter, Regulating Captain, Liverpool. Reports the cases of George Warlock, who was impressed by Lieutenant James Rees, aged 24, on 21 December 1810 and Robert Edwards, aged 22, who was impressed by Lieutenant Clarke on 8 February 1810. George Came here in the Maria with Francis Cashen, who was impressed on the same day. Robert came here as Second Mate on a vessel from the West Indies.
Folios 520-521: enclosure with folios 518-519. H C Mongomery, 4 Albermarle Street, to the Admiralty, 17 February 1810. Request for the discharge of George Warnock, who was impressed out of a packet on his way to Dublin and is now on board HMS Princess. He is a labourer with a small farm in Donegall and has never made his livelihood from the sea.
Folios 522-523: enclosure with folios 518-519. J Panting, Shrewsbury to the Admiralty, 11 February 1810. Robert Edwards was impressed and is now on HMS Princess off Liverpool. He wishes to procure his release on condition of finding substitutes to take his place as directed by the Admiralty.
