Wishes to correct his statement concerning an affray in the town, Dr Gerrard was not the Physician to the Infirmary at that time and therefore may not be culpable as described, Further, the Magistrates have admitted the evidence of Stonefield and Beresford on Oath and compromises the case of John Wright, seeks instructions should he be impress him again.
