Folios 177-178: Benjamin Clements, HMS Favourite, Sheerness. Encloses a letter from Admiral Rowley. States that it appears that Charles Thompson, who does not appear to be fit for service and was discharged by Foreign Remove Ticket, was sent to the Lady Cooke Brig to replace a man impressed by Captain Watt of HMS Heureux.
