Folios 158-159: Benjamin Clements, HMS Favourite. Encloses a list of the commissioned and warrant officers as requested. He particularly recommends Acting Lieutenant Watt who is a good officer and he describes some actions he has taken part in. He does not recommend Acting Boatswain R. Hunter as he is not a good seaman.
