Folios 228-229: William Edward Cracraft, the Sea Fencibles, Shoreham. Reports that, as ordered, he has inquired into the conduct of Lieutenant William Bowden. The Lieutenant reports that he keeps the private signals in his own possession, and does not know how any of his men could have made a copy of them. Lieutenant Bowden's conduct has been good. He has now been cautioned.
