Folios 208-209: Isaac Cotgrave, [Agent for Prisoners of War], Dartmoor Prison. Acknowledges the letter of 15 February, wishes to point out that his son, Lieutenant Edward Stone Cotgrave, made a mistake by not stating his rank when he wrote to the Admiralty seeking employment. Asks if he could be appointed to a frigate and suggests either HMS Helder or HMS Phoenix, both of which are fitting out at Plymouth.
