Folios 199-200: Commander Charles Coote, Synott Place, Dublin. He has recently received a letter from Robert Edward Hunter, who was formerly a Midshipman on HMS Ranger when he was in command. Mr Hunter reports he escaped from Valenciennes. Asks if his evidence can be heard at Commander Coote's court martial for the loss of HMS Ranger. PS Mr Hunter lives in Margate, Kent.
