Folios 427-428: John Clements, HMS Osprey, the Downs. He is sending a letter from Lieutenant Henry Weeks, which he has asked to be forwarded.
Folio 429- 430: enclosure with folios 427-428. Letter dated 16 June 1809 by Lieutenant Henry Weeks, HMS Osprey, the Downs. He asks to be transferred to a larger ship. He finds a sloop to be too wet and damp for his health which is weak.
