Report that the Master of the Merchant ship Shipley arrived at this Port from Antigua and brought home the persons named, belonging to the ships and invalided for the reasons stated:- Philip Bird - Guard Vessel Safety - Defect of Vision, Robert McArthur - HMS Circe - Ulcers & Debility, John Rock - HMS Heureux - Debility, Frederick Williams - HMS Ulysses - Invalided on board HMS Ulysses, Frederick Simon - HMS Ulysses - Invalided for defect of Vision, Richard Wilson - HMS Mulgrave - Debility & James Fossey - HMS Cerberus - Debility. I have therefore directed the Surgeon to receive such as are really objects into the Hospital & purpose to send them by the first opportunity as they recover to Plymouth.
